There was some stupid Dropbo圎xt64.51.0.dll file that refused to be deleted because Windows says that its running or whatever, even in safe mode, and it did not show up in task manager. Like WHAT? So I decided to delete all the Dropbox installation folders manually, and deleted the Dropbox registry stuff as well.
I tried to uninstall Dropbox, it says uninstall failed. Restarted my PC to see if Dropbox would run afterwards, did not work. Dropbox was not running or syncing, so I decided to try and run it, nothing happens after I click the Dropbox application. I regularly use Dropbox on my Windows 10 PC, but today I realized that Dropbox was not running in the system tray.
